IS YOUR COSMETIC LINE PRODUCED AND MADE IN JAPAN?

Yes, it is. Our company Shiawasedo was established 16 years ago and has been producing cosmetics under the brand name Summus for the last seven years. 

WHY HAVEN’T I HEARD ABOUT YOU BEFORE?

For years we were selling our cosmetics only on the Japanese domestic market, plus a few selected distributors were reselling our products in Eastern Europe. In Japan, we are a well-known brand and have been participating in various beauty-related EXPOs for years. For instance, from 2019 to this day, we have been invited as honorable guests to one of the most prestigious Japanese expos, COSME TOKYO. If you are planning to fly to Japan, please stop at our office in Kobe; we would love to show you around.

ARE YOUR BEAUTY PRODUCTS REALLY THAT GOOD?

We absolutely believe in the quality of our products. Thus, if you are unsatisfied with the effects, we will return your money with no strings attached. 

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS HYPOALLERGENIC?

Absolutely. They are.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS ORGANIC/VEGAN/CRUELTY-FREE/NON-GMO?

They are vegan. Free of GMOs. No animals are ever exploited in our production line. It’s totally illegal not only by our ethnic standards but also by Japanese law. As for the label «organic», natural ingredients in our products are sourced organically and sustainably. However, our products combine the latest Japanese technologies with well-known natural ingredients. And the most effective beauty components like low-molecular-weight hyaluronic acid cannot be obtained in an organic/natural way. 

CAN I USE YOUR PRODUCTS IF I HAVE SENSITIVE SKIN? 

You totally can. All our products are designed to be optimal for usage even in the case of the most sensitive and blemish-prone skin. Moreover, all our products are developed and tested using multiple non-comedogenic criteria to stop the formation of new comedones (blackheads).

All natural ingredients of our cosmetics are organically sourced and harvested sustainably. Our products are completely free of GMOs and gluten. In the testing process upon release, no animals are hurt, ever.

As a brand, we believe in making the world a better place. Therefore we transfer 1% of all our profits to the International Committee of the Red Cross to help those who need it the most.

SHIPPING (we have free express delivery for all orders) 

We will proceed with the order as soon as we receive payment confirmation. Goods available in stock are shipped within two days. Before the goods are dispatched, customers can cancel their orders at any time. We use FedEx for delivery. We have free express international delivery for all orders. 

For US and EU citizens, orders are delivered within 2 to 4 days. We have an exclusive contract with FedEx; thus, sometimes, it takes just two days from the moment of payment to the moment you get your order. For other international destinations (Canada, Australia, New Zealand), delivery time ranges from 4 to 9 days.

WHAT IF MY ORDER GETS LOST?

In our practice we have a 99.99% positive delivery rate. If something goes wrong and your order gets lost, we can either compensate you the full price or send the same package for free.

RETURNS (a money-back guarantee) 

If unsatisfied with our products, you can return them and get the full amount you have paid back within 14 days of receiving your order. You’ll only have to pay for the shipping (you can choose the cheapest option). 

This procedure is simple; you give us a small summary of why you were unsatisfied with the product + proof that you made a return shipping (receipt + track number). We will transfer your money back the second we receive these documents.
